About the Team

You will join our Value Engineering team in our London office, comprising approximately 200 colleagues.

Role Overview

The Senior Process Intelligence Consultant (Senior Value Engineer) acts as a trusted advisor, helping customers achieve strategic goals and realize value using the Celonis Process Intelligence Platform. Responsibilities include managing the entire customer value journey—landing, expanding, adopting, and renewing—by translating objectives into value assessments, building business cases, conducting value workshops, and engaging with senior stakeholders to deliver results and foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify & Frame Value

• Translate customer priorities into impactful Celonis use cases.
• Build demos and business cases using industry benchmarks to attract new customers.
• Conduct Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects, communicating strategic roadmaps to C-Level executives.

Realize Value

• Facilitate workshops to identify process improvements.
• Develop improvement measures and initiate change initiatives.
• Present outcomes and value realization to senior management.

Scale Value

• Manage the end-to-end customer value journey.
• Create strategic expansion plans to embed Celonis as a transformation platform.
• Provide feedback for product enhancements based on customer use cases.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, business process improvement, or software deployment, preferably in customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of Business Software/SaaS applications (e.g., SAP), RPA, BI tools, Python, SQL, and collaboration with IT teams.
• Experience in project management, stakeholder engagement, and industry-specific knowledge, especially in regulated sectors like Public Sector, Healthcare, or Defense.
• Degree in Technology & Management, Business Informatics, or related fields.
• Eligibility for security clearance; existing SC clearance is preferred.
