The Team
Our Partner Management function is central to our sales and business development strategy as we aim to place Celonis on every consultant’s laptop and maximize the value our clients can realize with our technology through our Partner ecosystem. Building the Partner ecosystem in the UKI market is of primary importance as our partners and customers rapidly invest in our technology. For that role we seek an experienced Partner Director to join our regional leadership team, develop our ecosystem strategy and attract the regional partnerships (Big 4, Global SIs and Regional SIs).
The work you’ll do:
- Develop and execute a holistic partner strategy for the UKI market to achieve assigned sales goals (typically Partner opportunity development - Co-sell/Resell and direct revenue).
- Attract and develop senior relationships with partners to expand into new strategic areas (new Business Units, Service Lines, Industry Verticals).
- Build and manage strong relationships with key senior stakeholders across all aspects of the Business Development matrix; Customers, Partners and internally with the UKI Sales team to drive and develop a complimentary regional business portfolio.
- Pitch value proposition of Celonis partnership on all levels (especially comfortable at C-Level) adopting a highly consultative sales and business outcome approach.
- Support partners in their go-to-market activities (business planning, pipeline development, QBR, marketing, sales activities across different Go-To-Market options).
- Organise and execute events with and for our partner community in order to drive pipeline and opportunities.
- Drive technical and sales enablement of partners, orchestrating relevant global ecosystem resources.
- Ensure solid alignment of all relevant stakeholders in joint accounts across all purposes and programs.
The qualifications you need:
- Minimum 10-15 years of relevant work experience in the area of partner management, sales or business development with Big 4 firms, Global SIs or regional SIs.
- The ability to excite others, attract and build strong relationships at Executive level and proven at C-Level specifically.
- Combine the ability to develop a holistic strategy and work on operational day to day tasks to execute that strategy and develop our sales ambitions and partnerships.
- Strong consultative sales ability and skills.
- Team-oriented & Entrepreneurial.
- Degree in Business Administration / Economics / Information Systems.
- Demonstrable, strong network within Consulting (Big 4) and System Integrator companies.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication in English.
