The Team: The Value Engineering (VE) Strategy & Operations team supports the Global VE organisation to drive global strategy execution towards the VE goals, working with Global Strategy & Operations peers for the regional VE teams, Sales, Services etc and coordinating with other functions like Finance, HR and Recruiting.

The Role: You will act as trusted Business Partner to the SVP of Value Engineering International as well as a trusted advisor for senior business management, covering the whole bandwidth from fostering and elaborating strategic decisions to the operational implementation and execution of those decisions. Familiarity and deep expertise with SaaS operations, covering planning, forecasting, reporting and compensation are key for success in this role.

The work you’ll do:

  • Be a strong sparring partner and sounding board to the SVP across a wide range of topics across the EMEA region from strategic to operational, including hands-on tasks.
  • Orchestrating resource planning processes as well as regular business reviews.
  • Monitor EMEA VE business performance, identify areas for improvement and spearhead major projects & programs to improve business excellence in close alignment with the leaders from the other business teams.
  • Partnering with others on our sales methodology, the role of VE, and how to ensure effective interfaces with other parts of the business.
  • Driving cadences in and around VE, including those tied to customer health and engagement.
  • Tracking, reporting and managing the performance of the EMEA business.
  • Identifying critical areas to help drive better performance.
  • Partnering with those in the broader Ops team to help ensure we bring the best to bear to the EMEA VE team, and others continue to learn and develop as we build.
  • Support the identification, build and roll-out of new tooling and analytics.

The qualifications you need:

  • Firm understanding of sales & post-sales operations in a B2B environment and ideally experience in a fast-growing SaaS company.
  • Experience in working with Salesforce and business analytics tools is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and to manage multiple priorities and deal with ambiguity.
  • Proven experience in successfully managing complex projects under pressure working with teams across multiple departments and functions.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to develop outcome-driven solutions, with a knack for creating structure wherever its needed.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information to wide audiences and to communicate on Senior Management and C-Level.
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives.
