The Team: Celonis Services
Celonis Services is a strategic organization focused on optimizing our customers' business processes through technical expertise. We integrate Consulting Services, Academy, and Customer Support to deliver comprehensive solutions. As thought leaders with deep product, technical, and domain expertise, we specialise in implementing Celonis to drive the adoption of process intelligence, ultimately transforming and improving our customers' core business operations.
The Role
As a Lead Supply Chain Optimization Deployment Architect, you'll be the bridge between our customers' toughest supply chain challenges and our powerful Process Intelligence platform. Working directly with Celonis' strategic customers throughout the customer lifecycle in both preâsales and postâsales, you'll use your deep domain knowledge to design, optimise, and scale innovative supplyâchain solutions.
Your goal is to pinpoint customer pain points, align our offerings with their strategic supplyâchain vision, and ensure successful project execution and clear value. You'll proactively identify key use cases that transform customer supplyâchains, and standardise these solutions in collaboration with internal teams to boost adoption across our customer base.
The work you'll do
- Design and architect a comprehensive Supply Chain Vision with customers and internal account teams, identifying and solving critical challenges at the core of their supplyâchains and businesses.
- Collaborate closely with customers' supplyâchain experts to define a target state where the Celonis platform, encompassing Process Intelligence, AI, and automation, delivers tangible value to their operations.
- Provide preâsales support, helping to position and articulate the strategic value of Celonis's supplyâchain capabilities to prospective customers.
- Provide expertise and domain knowledge in the delivery phase by giving guidance on solution architecture to ongoing projects, participating in critical project phases, assessing implementation progress, and proactively contributing additional useâcase ideas to ensure projects achieve their full potential.
- Collect and share compelling SupplyâChain success stories across the organisation and with our customers, showcasing the impact of our solutions.
- Closely collaborate with Product & Engineering and the Business Apps Teams to inform and shape future product development based on valuable customer feedback and internal experiences.
- Train internal teams and empower them to effectively position and deploy Celonis's supplyâchain solutions.
Preferred qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management for enterprises, with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful and diverse use cases that have solved realâworld problems.
- Excellent problemâsolving skills, analytical thinking, and meticulous attention to detail, coupled with a track record of delivering highâquality solutions, often under demanding deadlines.
- Experience with the implementation and rollâout of Supply Chain Software or Enterprise Resource Planning tools is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex supplyâchain concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholder groups, including nonâtechnical audiences.
- Strong visionary architectural mindset to develop scalable and easily extensible solutions that address longâterm customer needs.
This role requires candidates to hold, or be eligible to obtain, UK Security Check (SC) clearance. Bachelor's degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
