Partner Director Role Overview

Responsible for developing and managing Go-To-Market activities with cloud partners, GSIs, and AI partners across the UKI and MEA regions, ensuring strong alignment with Celonis Sales teams and regional priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define a holistic GTM plan, manage joint pipeline and related day‑to‑day activities with cloud and AI partners.
  • Attract and develop senior relationships with partners to expand into new strategic areas (new Business Units, Service Lines, Industry Verticals).
  • Pitch the value proposition of Celonis partnership at all levels, including C‑Level, adopting a consultative sales and business‑outcome approach.
  • Organise and execute events with and for the partner community to drive pipeline and opportunities.
  • Drive technical and sales enablement of partners, orchestrating relevant global ecosystem resources.
  • Act as first point of contact for Celonis and partner teams in UKI and MEA.
  • Work with account teams to identify joint opportunities and ensure progress.
  • Activate and enable partner sales teams and leadership teams based on joint value proposition and product integrations.
  • Manage and maintain joint pipeline in partner and Celonis CRMs.
  • Facilitate and support motions through Marketplace transactions.
  • Participate actively in building out the global Cloud GTM.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in partner management, sales, or business development, ideally with Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, or their partners.
  • Strong network within cloud partners, especially Microsoft and AWS.
  • Ability to develop holistic strategy and execute operational day‑to‑day tasks.
  • Strong sales mindset, consultative selling ability and technology aptitude.
  • Background in consultative sales is a strong advantage.
  • Team‑oriented and entrepreneurial, able to excite others and build strong relationships.
