Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in the area of partner management, sales or business development, ideally with Microsoft, AWS or Google Cloud or with one of their partners.
- A strong network in a Cloud Partner ideally within Microsoft and AWS.
- Combine the ability to develop a holistic strategy and work on operational day-to-day tasks to execute that strategy and grow our partnerships.

What the job involves
- The Partnerships are central to Celonis’ growth strategy as we aim to build out our Go-To-Market (GTM) with the major Hyperscalers and leading AI companies.
- Our Partner Management function is central to our sales and business development strategy as we aim to maximize the value our clients can realize with our technology through our Partner ecosystem.
- We are hiring for a Partner Director to join our team, to focus on developing and managing our Go-To-Market activities with our cloud partners, GSIs and AI partners and helm the relationships on a regional level.
- An important part of the role is to ensure strong alignment with the different Celonis Sales teams and regional priorities whilst bringing a strong working knowledge of GSIs, AI Firms and Hyperscalers.
- Define a holistic GTM plan, manage joint pipeline and related day-to-day activities with regards to cloud and AI partners in UKI and MEA.
- Attract and develop senior relationships with partners to expand into new strategic areas (new Business Units, Service Lines, Industry Verticals).
- Pitch value proposition of Celonis partnership on all levels (especially comfortable at C-Level) adopting a highly consultative sales and business outcome approach.
- Organise and execute events with and for our partner community in order to drive pipeline and opportunities.
- Drive technical and sales enablement of partners, orchestrating relevant global ecosystem resources.
- Act as first point of contact for Celonis and Partner teams in UKI and MEA.
- Work with account teams to identify joint opportunities and ensure progress.
- Activate and enable partner sales teams and leadership teams based on joint value proposition and product integrations.
- Manage and maintain joint pipeline in partner and Celonis CRMs.
- Facilitate and support motions through Marketplace transactions.
- Actively participate in building out the global Cloud GTM.
