Veriflo Ltd are looking for a Network Analyst with experience in a project support role (or similar) to prepare job packs, schedule activities, and work closely with both field based teams and desktop operational and technical teams to ensure client work is delivered effectively. Through regular interaction with colleagues, clients, and key stakeholders, you will develop a strong understanding of the clean water network. You will use GIS mapping tools to efficiently compile asset investigation packs.
What you will do:
- Strong knowledge of areas in and around the M25, using GIS mapping, schematics, and Street View to produce detailed work packs for field investigations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Field Team queries, working with technical and operational leads to prioritise and progress work.
- Raise Stage 1 and 2 permits to work under the guidance of Network Engineers and Project Managers.
- Coordinate authorised site access and traffic management with internal teams and external stakeholders, including councils and client sites.
- Manage job scheduling and resource allocation for Field Teams, aligned with technician locations and project requirements.
- Track project progress, documentation, audits, and shut packs, resolving survey issues and updating systems and trackers using company software.
Who you are:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar project support role, with exposure to the full project lifecycle.
- Proficient in Office 365 (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, Zoom).
- Confident communicator across phone, email, and face-to-face settings.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to produce and present clear, detailed work plans with an understanding of project logistics.
- Comfortable multitasking across multiple projects and priorities.
