Established in 2002, the company supports clients across a range of sectors by delivering asbestos surveys and air monitoring, water hygiene and legionella risk assessments, air quality testing, noise and vibration monitoring, and wider environmental compliance services.
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our Training Academy, where we develop the next generation of Asbestos Consultants within the environmental sector. This is a fully funded, on-the-job training programme that offers the opportunity to build a specialist career while working towards a £30,000 salary within two years. Candidates can follow a flexible training pathway of 1, 2, 3 or 4 years, depending on the pace that suits their development.
You will start your journey by training as an Asbestos Surveyor and Analyst, gaining valuable hands-on experience before progressing into consultancy and project management roles. To support your development, Riverside has established a dedicated Training Academy, led by an experienced manager whose sole focus is developing and supporting emerging talent.
Our Asbestos Consultant Programme is designed to accelerate career progression by combining technical training, professional development and leadership skills, helping candidates reach their full potential as quickly as possible.
Enhanced academy members who stay on track also receive monthly performance bonuses, providing stronger earning potential and a faster route into senior roles.

Role Requirement
