Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Survey Administrator to support our growing surveying team. This role will involve handling inbound enquiries, scheduling appointments, managing health and safety (H&S) paperwork, and ensuring smooth communication between departments. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing client KPIs and supporting efficient allocation of resources to meet project demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound enquiries and provide professional and timely responses to clients.
  • Schedule appointments for surveyors, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Manage and maintain health and safety (H&S) paperwork, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Track and manage client KPIs, ensuring that targets are met and reports are provided to the relevant clients.
  • Liaise with other departments to coordinate resources and ensure that all survey-related tasks are completed on time and within scope.
  • Maintain and update accurate records of all survey activities, appointments, and client communications.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, documentation, and presentations for the surveying team.
  • Provide administrative support to the surveying team and senior management as needed.
