As a Key Client Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with top-spending clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving new business through strategic sales campaigns and proactive business development.
What you will do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with top spending clients, ensuring their training and consultancy needs are fully met.
- Maximise sales opportunities within key accounts by identifying growth potential and up-/cross-selling across the full service range.
- Lead or contribute to strategic sales campaigns and sales drives, consistently achieving agreed sales targets.
- Proactively identify service improvement opportunities and gather client feedback to enhance customer experience.
- Manage end-to-end administration, including processing bookings, producing complex proposals, reports, and client training matrices.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate effectively with internal teams, and ensure full GDPR compliance.
Who you are:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service roles, with a strong focus on client engagement.
- Confidence working professionally with senior decision-makers, building trust from the outset.
- Ability to self-manage a demanding workload.
- Strong team player with drive, energy, and the ability to motivate both self and colleagues.
- Solid administrative experience with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
