We are looking for an experienced and motivated Construction Trainer to join our growing team and deliver high-quality, CITB approved training across a range of construction disciplines. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about developing others and raising standards within the construction industry.
What you will do:
- Deliver engaging CITB-accredited training courses (classroom and practical)
- Assess learner competence in line with CITB standards
- Ensure all training meets health & safety and quality requirements
- Maintain accurate training and assessment records
- Support learners with guidance, mentoring, and feedback
Who you are:
- Relevant construction industry experience with strong practical knowledge
- CITB-approved trainer status
- Recognised training/teaching qualification (AET, CTTLS, or equivalent)
- Confident communication and presentation skills
- Up to date knowledge of industry regulations and best practice
- Assessor qualification (TAQA / A1 / CAVA) and experience delivering multiple CITB courses, with flexibility to travel
