Join to apply for the National Business Development Manager role at Celnor Group. Uni-safe access are recruiting a National Business Development Manager to join their team. This is the first role of its kind within the business and has the scope to grow into many different senior roles. The NBDM will be responsible for driving national growth across high-level access, safe access, construction and facilities management sectors. The role focuses on expanding market presence, increasing revenue and strengthening long-term client and partner relationships through strategic business development and consultative sales.

The National Business Development Manager identifies and develops new commercial opportunities, promotes specialist access solutions and services, and works closely with operational teams to deliver tailored, compliant and value-driven outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across national and regional markets, including new clients, frameworks, partnerships and service offerings.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
  • Build, manage and nurture senior-level relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and supply chain partners.
  • Maintain and grow existing key accounts through proactive engagement.
  • Lead high-level sales presentations, tenders and proposals, articulating complex safe access solutions.
  • Represent the business at industry events, conferences and networking forums, maintaining strong market awareness and understanding of legislation, standards and best practice.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes within the safe access and construction sectors.
  • Produce accurate sales forecasts and actively manage pipelines to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical and commercial insight into access solutions, compliance requirements and risk mitigation.
Preferred Background
  • High-level access and safe access solutions.
  • Construction, engineering or facilities management environments.
  • Experience engaging with Tier 1 & Tier 2 contractors, FM providers, consultants and end-users.
Experience Requirements
  • Extensive business development and sales experience.
  • Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Experience winning new business and developing long-term, sustainable client relationships.
  • Background within safe access, high-level access, construction or facilities management highly advantageous.
  • Previous experience operating at a national or strategic level preferred.
  • Management or leadership experience beneficial but not essential.
