Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a dual role, with the position predominantly focused on Asbestos Analyst duties, particularly air monitoring and four-stage clearance procedures. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career as an Asbestos Analyst, while gaining exposure to complementary site-based duties that broaden technical knowledge and experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out air monitoring, reassurance testing, and four-stage clearances
  • Setting up and managing air testing equipment
  • Undertaking visual inspections of asbestos removal works
  • Producing accurate analytical reports and certification
  • Ensuring work is completed in line with HSG248 and company procedures
  • Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and site teams

Secondary Responsibilities (Supporting Role)

  • Assisting with site inspections and basic asbestos-related surveys (where trained)
  • Supporting senior staff with data collection and site documentation
  • Learning wider consultancy processes to support career development

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • A strong interest in developing a career as an Asbestos Analyst
  • BOHS qualifications P403 / P404 and a P402 is desirable
  • Previous air testing or site-based experience is advantageous
  • Professional attitude and ability to work independently on site
  • Full UK driving licence (essential)

  • X1.5 Overtime after 35 hours and £25ph flat rate weekends
