Riverside Environmental Services Ltd is an independent environmental consultancy specialising in environmental monitoring, testing, inspection, and risk management. Established in 2002, the company supports clients across a range of sectors by delivering asbestos surveys and air monitoring, water hygiene and legionella risk assessments, air quality testing, noise and vibration monitoring, and wider environmental compliance services.
We are looking for an Asbestos Surveyor or Dual-Role Surveyor/Analyst to join Riverside Environmental Services Ltd. This role involves delivering high quality asbestos surveys and, where applicable, air monitoring services across a range of sites, supporting clients to manage asbestos risks safely and in line with current legislation.
What You Will Do
- Carry out management, refurbishment and demolition asbestos surveys of commercial, domestic and some industrial premises
- Conduct bulk samplings as required
- Compile and check reports
- Participate in auditing and re-surveys as required
- Liaise with clients and other internal departments
Who You Are
- BHOS P402 certified or the RSPH equivalent qualifications.
- 3 years or more experience in a Surveyor role.
- Experience with TEAMS asbestos management system.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organised, with a key eye for detail.
- Full UK driving license.
