This position is ideally suited to an experienced, degree qualified Authorising Engineer (Water) or Senior Consultant with relevant professional qualifications and at least three years experience delivering Authorising Engineer (Water) services, particularly within the NHS, alongside specialist consultancy advice focused on managing the risk of infection from waterborne pathogens.
What you will do:
- Verifying design compliance and managing handovers for new builds and refurbishment projects.
- Interpreting biological analysis results and advising on corrective actions.
- Implementing electronic logging, reporting, and data management systems.
- Managing bespoke consultancy and water safety improvement projects.
- Supporting clients with regulatory compliance and best practice guidance.
- Delivering tailored training courses accredited by C&G and ILM.
Who you are:
- Degree educated Authorising Engineer (Water) / Senior Consultant with at least three years relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of water safety, Legionella control, and waterborne pathogen risk management.
- Skilled in auditing, compliance assessment, and technical report writing.
