In this role, youll be at the forefront of business development, identifying and securing new opportunities with organisations that require industry leading water hygiene and compliance solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in expanding our presence across regulated sectors while helping clients improve compliance, reduce risk, and streamline their water management processes.

What you will do Drive new business growth by identifying, targeting, and securing opportunities across regulated sectors.

Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to proposal, negotiation, and contract award.

Develop tailored compliance and risk management solutions that meet client operational and reporting needs.

Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations, and competitor activity to support business growth and strengthen market presence.

Who you are Proven success in business development, consultative sales, or software/Saa S sales environments.

A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Knowledge or experience within water hygiene, compliance, risk management, or other regulated sectors such as healthcare, FM, or the public sector would be highly advantageous.

Full UK driving licence required, with willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check.
