As we continue to grow, we are looking for experienced and motivated Registered Building Inspectors (Class 3H) to join our team and play a key role in shaping the future of building safety and compliance.

What you will do:

  • Contribute to the development and review of policies, technical standards, and guidance for building control, regulations, and Dutyholder compliance.
  • Input into regulatory frameworks and operational guidance, particularly at Gateway decisions, golden thread information, and occupation stage duties.
  • Bring building control expertise into multi-disciplinary teams assessing Gateway 2 applications, Safety Case Reports, and complex investigations or enforcement cases.
  • Support technical policy teams by sharing expertise at key meetings and discussions.

Who you are:

We are seeking an experienced Registered Building Inspector. Your role will support the Associate/Associate Director and Director whilst working closely with the wider team. Maintaining and developing client relationships is key to this role. You will bring:

  • Registered Building Inspector (Class 3H) fully registered and ready to operate. We would be open to a 2F if near 3H completion.
  • A strong knowledge of building regulations, compliance requirements, and the new regulatory framework.
  • Ability to interpret and apply regulation in complex real-world scenarios with clarity and confidence.
  • Skilled at influencing, collaborating, and building effective relationships across disciplines.
