As a Field Technician, you will support a wide range of clean water operations, working closely with project managers, field supervisors, and other technicians. This is a hands-on role perfect for practical, motivated individuals looking to develop their career or for experienced field technicians ready to apply their expertise.
- Support field operations including asset verification, DMA validation, operability testing, trunk main isolations, logger and probe deployments.
- Conduct flow and pressure testing, optimisation activities, and maintain disinfection depots and equipment.
- Set up safe work sites and carry out risk assessments, using GIS plans and smart devices for site reports.
- Participate in urgent or reactive fieldwork at short notice.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a practical or technical role within the clean water industry.
Full UK driving licence.
Familiarity with valve operations and NRSWA Streetworks (Signing, Lighting & Guarding).
Knowledge of GIS tools such as ArcGIS.
