Overall Purpose of the Role: This is a highly dynamic role within a fast-paced and growing global pharmaceutical company. We are looking for a driven, self-starting and problem-solving professional who can leverage their analytical, interpersonal and commercial acumen qualities to make effective, impactful and positive contributions to the success and robustness of our supply chain and key business partnerships.
Accountability: Using your previous experience, creative and curious mindset and readiness to tackle challenges with innovative ideas you will be accountable for many vital tasks including:
- Completing time-critical and on-demand importation clearance activities for inbound shipments of Celltrion products into the UK
- Management and periodic evaluation of value-added services and vendors
- Maintaining the UK product master file
- Completing periodic SCM reporting to internal stakeholders and within strict deadlines
- Tracking and monitoring UK bound inventory through a live shipment schedule
- Implementing customer pricing and right-to-buy (RTB) requests
- Maintaining and archiving the customer pricing file
- Management and action of product sample requests
Performance Measurement: Annual objectives will be set in conjunction with line manager. Performance will be measured during one-to-one meetings and annually using a Performance Review document.
Key Responsibilities: Further to the accountable tasks, you will be entrusted with many other responsibilities that make this a very rewarding and vital role within our business and that provides a platform of continuous, built-in professional development:
- Supporting the UK's annual CRP reporting and Evergreen submission
- Contributing to the rolling SOX internal controls, completing monthly reporting requirements
- Completing invoice reconciliation and payment submissions through our internal finance system
- Producing budget proposals for services and activities that contribute to business improvements and/or cost-efficiencies
- Assisting with clinical homecare vendor management
- Contributing to multidisciplinary projects, completing actions that produce effective and efficient outcomes
- Managing stock takes and participate in quarterly sample counts
- Assisting the demand plan for existing and new products considering the commercial strategy for each brand
- Monitoring the UK inventory levels and communicate the status internally and externally through bespoke reporting
- Contributing to the inbound inventory delivery schedule
- Creation and submission of product inventory orders ensuring continuity of supply of Celltrion products into the UK
- Monitoring and reviewing the obsolete stock position and manage the annual destruction process
- Assisting with supply chain vendor management
- Actively participating in the UK SnOP meeting
- Supporting the activities of the bulk order arrangements to key customers
- Monitoring the UK procurement mailbox and respond to/forward on enquiries
- Supporting and contribute to the annual inventory insurance renewal
Work Experience Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience within the UK pharmaceutical industry, preferably within a supply chain role in a branded manufacturer or 3PL organisation
- Educated to degree level
Core Competencies:
- Knowledge of clinical homecare is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft packages, in particular Excel, and competent in using ERP Systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Accomplished interpersonal and project management skills
