Field Based role covering: The main focus of this role will be the promotion and sales of the CTHC Biosimilar and Biologic product range and supporting services. To develop and implement business plans and strategies for identified Key Accounts.
Key Activities are Sales-focussed, the role also includes local/regional market access work and at times may include leadership without authority of contract sales team colleagues. Work cross-functionally with medical, marketing and management, to develop and implement strategies to secure and grow business in all key accounts.
To work to set call rate guidelines as identified by management and associated activity reporting via the CTHC CRM system. To achieve targeted sales for all products as directed by management. To manage all financial expenditure including personal expenses within budgets, in line with company policies, as agreed with the management.
Performance Measurement: Performance will be measured during one-to-one meetings quarterly and annually using a Performance Review documents and review of business plans. Delivery of territory sales targets. Take the lead role in developing and implementing account business plans for designated region.
To work cross-functionally to develop successful sales strategies in designated key accounts, in particular, marketing, sales management, and the Medical Team. To attend seminars, congresses, exhibitions, or meetings as directed by the management team (RBMs, National Sales Manager, Commercial Director).
To identify decision makers and influencers in each key account to develop and build appropriate business relationships. To communicate weekly/monthly with the management team, Medical Team and the Marketing Team as and when directed. To fully understand and comply with all aspects of company policy.
To provide monthly reports on all aspects of business area and daily reporting via the CRM system as per the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). To maintain a high level of knowledge of customers, accounts, services, changes within market place and all relevant clinical developments. To maintain a high level of clinical and technical knowledge of promoted products and services.
Work Experience Requirements:
- Proven track record in pharmaceutical/Healthcare sales
- Ideally experience in Biosimilars and or Biologics sales
- Clinical/technical background in pharmaceutical or equivalent
- Account Management
- Business Planning
