Shape the future of customer experience in payments.
At CellPoint Digital, we're transforming payments for the world's leading airlines, travel and hospitality brands. As we evolve towards a more product-led organisation, we're looking for a Product Design Director to help shape how we understand customers, design experiences and bring new product propositions to life.
This is a unique opportunity to establish UX and Service Design within our Product function, influencing both our existing payment orchestration platform and emerging propositions, including Payment Intelligence.
What you'll do
- Lead customer research, discovery and journey mapping to uncover customer needs and opportunities.
- Turn complex technical capabilities into intuitive experiences and compelling product propositions.
- Design and test concepts, prototypes and product demonstrations.
- Improve usability, consistency and accessibility across our products.
- Introduce effective UX and Service Design practices, championing customer-centred thinking.
- Partner with Product, Engineering and Commercial teams to influence strategy and deliver meaningful outcomes.
What we're looking for
- Significant experience in UX, Service Design, Product Design or a related discipline.
- Strong skills in customer research, journey mapping, prototyping and experience design.
- A talent for simplifying complex products and communicating their value.
- Excellent visual storytelling, stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- A hands-on, self-starting approach, with the confidence to build new capabilities from the ground up.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments or complex technology environments would be advantageous.
