Cellomatics Biosciences Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Skin Bioassay Scientist/Senior Scientist to join our operations in Nottingham, UK. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and collaborative team and report to the Bioassay Study Manager.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skin biology, with expertise in developing in vitro cell-based skin models and cosmetic testing. You will work in a highly collaborative, matrixed environment to design, execute, and interpret complex bioassays aligned with project objectives, contributing to both drug discovery and early clinical development.
Job Responsibilities- Develop and optimise in vitro cell-based skin models
- Design, execute, and analyse skin and cosmetic-related assays
- Perform laboratory work and prepare SOPs and COSHH documentation
- Analyse, interpret, and communicate scientific data (written and verbal)
- Present findings to internal and external stakeholders
- Lead method development, validation
