The role is responsible for the end-to-end development and commercial contract management of revenue generating contracts with Mobile Network Operator (MNO) customers. It plays a key role in driving sustainable growth within existing contractual frameworks, identifying and securing value enhancing opportunities, and proactively managing commercial risk. The position ensures robust commercial governance across all MNO contracts, supporting the business to maximise revenue, protect margin, and maintain strong, long term customer relationships.

- Support the Account and Project teams to ensure Cellnex UK delivers against its existing/defined contractual obligations and ensure customers discharge their contractual obligations.
- Support the Head of Contract Management to maximise the revenue and profitability for Cellnex UK within acceptable levels of commercial risk.
- Supporting the integration of the Sales and Commercial processes and customer contracts across the Cellnex UK and Cellnex UK businesses.
- Work closely with the Head of Contract Management and relevant Sales teams to ensure a consistent and coordinated approach to the customers.
- Work closely with the programme teams to ensure that project/programmed deliverables are delivered in accordance with the contractual agreements.
- Maintain a commercial/business risk register, ensuring resolution for the issues identified and escalating where appropriate.

Proven track record of managing high value, complex commercial contracts ideally within the mobile telecoms ecosystem. Demonstratable success in driving commercial value – revenue growth, cost reduction, margin improvement and risk mitigation. Strong negotiation skills and experience with major customers and/or partner balancing commercial outcomes with long-term relationships. Excellent interpersonal skills and comfortable operating at Exec/Board level influencing decisions and presenting commercial positions clearly and confidently. Experience of dealing with contractual disputes and claims including negotiation of settlements. Track record of improving or implementing contract management processes, governance and systems.
