In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly—tracking and reporting on critical data across multiple platforms, ensuring processes stay on track and aligned with contracted rates, and working collaboratively with a dedicated team to deliver seamless estate management support. Key Responsibilities
- E2E responsibility for the execution of payments related to lease renegotiations or freehold purchases, this financial specialist support includes raising and GRN-ing POs, processing SAP Real Estate entries as well as payments outside of the monthly payment cycle (urgent payments in DFM tool).
- Monitor completion milestones in Agora, liaise with external and internal stakeholders to resolve any issues/delays in system updates and ensure supplier payments as per contractual terms.
- Ensure correct, site level refund allocation by managing system updates, liaising with suppliers and Accenture/Finance on a monthly basis.
- Manage reconciliation of down payments (interim funds transfer) against confirmed completion by managing system updates, liaising with suppliers and Accenture/Finance on a monthly basis.
- Data maintenance and periodic/ad hoc reporting: country report, legal tracker vs Jira (daily) and sites going into legal instructions in the past week (weekly), spent vs. actual report feeding back to legal suppliers (monthly), supplier target report (monthly), HOTs target report filling completion date in (monthly).
- Covering and supporting paralegals on legal instructions.
