This is a hybrid role, based out of our lovely offices in Reading, 3 days in the office, 2 days at home.

Key Responsibilities Develop and deliver a strategic plan to meet the country’s business procurement requirements Oversee the management and implementation of the lowest total cost of ownership and highest value for money.
Ensure savings and deadlines are met and appropriate contractual terms secured Contribute ideas and expertise to deliver a professional service to the business in areas such as supplier partnerships, cost reduction, procurement management information Identify future business needs and develop procurement solutions to meet these Deliver the best possible tools and resources for the team to deliver the required service levels Build relationships across the leadership of the business to promote best practice, ensuring correct methodology where appropriate Coach and mentor less experienced colleagues to share expertise and enhance the procurement and supply chain function Ensure procurement is delivered in tandem with the wider Cellnex business and actively work with the Chief Procurement Officer, the Corporate areas, and colleagues in other countries to drive best value across the wider supply chain where required.
