The predicted salary is between 31500 - 38500 Β£ per year.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
Assist scientific employees by managing laboratory housekeeping, exhibit handling and administration for site to include (not exhaustive list):
- Full exhibit management, booking exhibits and inputting accurate case information onto our case management system, liaising with couriers, moving exhibits within the site and other BU's returning exhibits back to customers, triaging of forensic cases.
- Administrative tasks to include casefile management (invoicing, file retrieval, pagination and filing), customer queries, providing EPGs to scientists, defence requests and travel arrangements.
- Procurement duties for accurate invoicing of some sub-contracting work.
- General office duties, including meeting and escorting visitors and handling incoming and outgoing post.
- Maintaining key databases and assisting with data entry tasks (spreadsheets).
- Scheduling of key preventative maintenance with internal customers and contractors to help ensure scientific instruments are kept in the best condition.
- Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Understanding of the confidential nature of the business.
- Strong knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Minimum: 5 GCSEs or equivalent to include English, Maths and Science
