To directly support the Retail Supervisor, working closely with them to assist in the smooth running of the shop, co‑ordinating and processing stock replenishment in-house and on external stock lines. Providing excellent customer service, assisting all customers with sales enquiries within the shop and via telephone and email. Creating and maintaining a high level of presentation within the shop and cabinets, refreshing the displays as required, rotating stock and assisting in changing the displays on a seasonal basis.

Qualifications

  • Retail experience within the luxury sector
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Previous experience with Pursuit EPOS or similar would be advantageous

Required Duties

  • Be part of the start of day and end of day procedures, maintaining the shop presentation to a high standard
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries in a highly professional manner
  • Use Pursuit EPOS to process sales and input stock
  • Post in and out
  • Stock replenishment and acquisition
  • Stock monitoring and re‑orders as required
  • Dress in accordance with the Cellini dress code
  • Be able to greet customers at the door if needed
  • To be prepared to work from both premises when required
  • Understand health and safety
