Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and proactive Field Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This position is perfect for someone with approximately 3+ years of field marketing experience. In this role, you will support the execution of regional marketing initiatives, help drive customer engagement and contribute to the growth of our brand in targeted markets. You will work closely with senior field marketers, sales teams, and corporate marketing functions to ensure the success of localized campaigns and events. This role is a maternity leave cover, until January 2027.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Execution: Assist in organizing and managing local events comprised of hosted and industry events of all sizes.
- Campaign Support: Help implement regional marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital initiatives.
- Localization of Content: Help create and localize all marketing content.
- Tracking & Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns and events, collecting data and insights to assess ROI and identify areas for improvement.
- Budget & Logistics Support: Assist with managing the regional marketing budget and organizing logistics for marketing programs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event management, or similar marketing roles. Some experience with regional marketing campaigns is preferred.
- Education: Marketing related.
- Events planning and execution: hands-on experience required.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with various stakeholders.
- Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to detail.
- Digital Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and basic CRM systems. Experience with marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Data-Driven: Analytical mindset with the ability to track and measure campaign performance and adapt based on insights.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a global team setting.
- Travel: Mandatory local, regional and/or international travel is a requirement for this position for the term of the contract.
- Language Skills: German mother tongue, English as a second language.
