We are looking for reliable, energetic, and customer-focused Butler to join our growing team. You will support the setup, service, and breakdown of catered events while providing excellent hospitality to guests and clients. Working under the guidance of the Head Butler, you help bring to life moments of welcome, comfort, and attentive care throughout the client’s journey in the Maison. As a Butler, you are a key presence on the floor, ensuring that service is delivered with discretion, fluidity, and natural ease. You are expected to work with sensitivity, awareness, and professionalism, ensuring that each client interaction feels effortless and makes clients feel recognised. Within the broader Client Experience function, you contribute to a unified approach where hospitality, service, and retail excellence come together naturally.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome, host, and accompany clients with warmth, discretion, and attentiveness
- Deliver a seamless and elevated service experience aligned with Maison standards
- Respond to client needs promptly, professionally, and intuitively
- Support the creation of personalised moments that enhance client visits
- Handle client interactions with care, empathy, and professionalism
- Floor Support & Service Execution
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor, supporting smooth service flow
- Follow direction from the Head Butler while also acting with initiative
- Ensure readiness of spaces and service areas at all times
- Adapt quickly to changes in client flow or priorities
- Contribute to a calm and refined environment
- Team Collaboration
- Work closely with fellow butlers and wider Maison teams
- Share relevant client insights with the Head Butler and Client Experience team
- Assist in maintaining consistency across all service touchpoints
- Operational Support
- Support daily setup and breakdown of service areas
- Ensure all materials, amenities, and hospitality elements are well maintained
- Assist in stock take and replenishment requirements when needed
- Follow internal processes and operational standards consistently
