About the role
Cellar Maison is looking for a reliable and organised part-time Sales Administrator to support our sales and client enquiry process. This role is suited to someone who is confident with admin, comfortable speaking to clients and suppliers, and able to keep sales activity moving in a calm and professional way. You will support the team with day-to-day sales administration, CRM updates, customer follow-up, quote chasing, appointment booking, and general communication with clients, suppliers, architects, designers, and contractors.
Key responsibilities
- Update and maintain the CRM system
- Follow up new and existing leads
- Chase outstanding quotes and project updates
- Send emails to clients, suppliers, and project contacts
- Make basic outbound calls to follow up enquiries
- Send brochures, samples, portfolios, and project information
- Book appointments and calls for the sales team
- Keep records accurate and up to date
- Support general sales admin where required
