We’re looking for a reliable, organised person to help keep our stock records accurate and products moving smoothly through our Oxford store.
This is a hands‑on role combining computer‑based stock entry with basic electronics testing, product photography, packing and dispatch.
Hours: Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Reports to: Head of Operations
What you’ll do
- Create and update accurate product records in RepairDesk, Linnworks and internal systems.
- Record product specifications, cost, condition, quantity, serial numbers/IMEIs and stock locations.
- Receive, check, label and shelve incoming stock.
- Support stock counts, returns and reconciliation, reporting discrepancies promptly.
- Carry out checklist‑based testing on phones, laptops, tablets, consoles and accessories, referring complex faults to the technical team.
- Pick, check and securely pack orders, prepare shipping labels and meet courier collection deadlines.
- Take clear product photographs showing condition, accessories and visible defects.
- Provide accurate product information and photographs to our remote e‑commerce colleague for listing.
- Keep stock and dispatch areas organised and provide occasional customer‑service support.
What we’re looking for
- Strong attention to detail and accurate data‑entry skills.
- Confidence handling phones, electronics and accessories carefully.
- Good organisation and the ability to meet deadlines without skipping checks.
- Reliable attendance, clear communication and a practical approach to teamwork.
- Willingness to follow procedures and ask when information is unclear.
Experience in stock control, data entry, electronics retail, warehousing, order fulfilment or returns would be helpful. Training will be provided on our systems and processes.
