As a Visual Merchandiser Intern, and part of the CELINE retail team, you will participate in the development of the brand by ensuring the standards and procedures linked to image are implemented in an efficient manner.

This experience will enable you to have the opportunity to coordinate and support the effective implementation of the monthly VM guidelines with ease while also respecting the permanent guidelines.

Additionally, you will be supporting the stores and anticipating their VM needs.

You will be working closely with the VM and in store teams.

  • Support the VM Coordinator in daily activities.
  • Implement launches across London stores according to the latest VM guidelines shared by central VM.
  • Complete rotations in between launches to keep the stores updated.
  • Ensure preparation of one of each ahead of each launch to maximize efficiency.
  • Participate to trainings in store with the VM Coordinator.
  • Prioritize the task at hand while maintaining a clear overview of a wider workload.
  • Liaise with department managers about retail needs and combine this with the VM guidelines.
  • Briefs with store teams after each launch to explain the method and silhouette.
  • Maintain a tidy VM tool area in each store, supported by occasional inventories.
  • Support with zonings and back office as needed.
  • Occasional work travel to support the other stores within the region.
  • Flexibility with a changing schedule, even in case of weekend work.
  • Be a great ambassador of CELINE and the group.
  • Endorse the CELINE spirit with your creativity and your sense of excellence.

KEY FOR SUCCESS Experience: Prior VM experience and a keen eye for detail and visuals.

Understanding and experience of Northern Europe region and market

Competencies: Ability to establish a proactive approach and offer solutions.

Taste for challenge and a team spirit.
