The
Technical Partner Enablement Manager is a highly technical, customer-facing role focused on helping customers overcome complex platform challenges that extend beyond standard adoption support.
This role provides deep product expertise, architectural guidance, and hands‑on technical enablement to help customers successfully implement, scale, and optimize their use of the platform.
Technical Adoption Specialists bridge the gap between Support and Professional Services, partnering closely with Adoption Specialists and Account Managers to resolve advanced adoption blockers while enabling customers to build durable, scalable solutions.

- Advanced Technical Adoption Support
- Engage with customers and partners on complex, product-deep challenges that require advanced technical expertise.
- Diagnose and resolve adoption blockers related to architecture, configuration, performance, and platform capabilities.
- Provide technical guidance and best practices to help customers scale and optimize their integrations.
- Cross-Functional Partnership
- Act as a technical escalation point for Adoption Specialists when challenges exceed standard adoption support.
- Partner with Support, Product, Sales and Professional Services to ensure clear ownership, smooth handoffs, and efficient resolution paths.
- Customer Enablement & Expertise
- Deliver technical consultation through structured programs such as Ask the Expert.
- Educate customers and partners on advanced platform capabilities, design patterns, and implementation strategies.
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable guidance aligned to customer goals.
- Platform Expertise & Continuous Improvement
- Maintain deep expertise across core platform features and advanced functionality.
- Identify recurring technical adoption challenges and contribute feedback to improve documentation, tooling, and adoption programs.
- Support the creation and refinement of technical enablement materials and internal best practices.
Who are we looking for?
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and communicate them to the sales team.
- Deep technical aptitude with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to reason through complex system architectures and workflows
- Strong customer communication skills, including explaining technical concepts clearly
- Collaborative mindset across Customer Success, Product, Support, Sales and Professional Services
- High ownership mentality with comfort operating in ambiguous scenarios
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science (BSc, MCA), or other related disciplines.
- At least five (5) years in a technical customer-facing role (Technical CSM, Solutions Consultant, Support Engineer, Implementation Consultant, etc.)
- Hands‑on experience with APIs, integrations, data flows, and Saa S platforms
- Experience discussing and documenting business strategy.
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience with CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.), ERP (Net Suite, Intacct, etc), e Commerce (Magento, Shopify, etc), and/or application integration is preferred.
- Experience in a startup and product development environment is highly desired, along with experience launching a complex Enterprise Software Product.
- Experience being involved with client meetings as you educate, train, and advise clients on how to successfully utilize and implement Celigo products.
- Experience being involved with client calls to uncover customers’ desired business outcomes, business process requirements, and critical success factors.
