As a Health & Safety Advisor at Celestra, you'll play a key role in shaping and promoting a strong safety culture across the business. Working closely with our Senior Leadership Team, you'll ensure our policies are effective, embedded and consistently applied across both field and office environments. From empowering First Aiders and Fire Wardens to advising colleagues across the organisation, you'll be a trusted voice in all things health & safety. This is a varied role where you'll collaborate with all departments including Warehouse, Projects, Service Delivery, Configuration and our field resource, ensuring safety remains at the heart of everything we do.
What You'll Do:
- Compliance: You'll lead contractor compliance and assurance activities.
- Risk assessments: Drive the development and implementation of robust risk assessments and safety systems or work; you'll be a subject matter expert.
- Preventing incidents: You'll own the end-to-end accident and incident management process including implementation of preventive actions.
