The Role ?
The Talent Specialist will be pro-active, and people oriented. They will work within the HR team to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to ensure a positive candidate experience whilst supporting the business growth and strategy.
The hours of work are full time, Monday Friday 8:30 17:30.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
?Build rapport with all stakeholders and gaining a solid understanding of their needs when recruiting.
?Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for both internal and contractor requirements, understanding marketplace and demands of roles & geographic areas.
?Work with the Marketing Manager to post appropriate content on Celestras Social Media platforms. xgikmsk
?Advertise vacancies through both internal and external channe
