As a EPOS Programme Manager at Celestra, you will lead the successful delivery of multiple client projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution. You will manage a portfolio of clients and play a key role in strengthening commercial relationships while ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities- Lead Project Delivery: Take full ownership of the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial planning to final delivery, ensuring each project is completed on time and within budget.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, serving as the primary contact throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure client satisfaction and project success.
- Project Planning & Risk Management: Utilise Celestra's project management standards and tools (including Kronus methodology) to establish clear timelines, manage risks, and ensure smooth execution.
- Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets and monitor P&L accounts to ensure financial goals are met. Oversee invoicing and billing to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare and present status reports for clients and stakeholders, detailing project performance, financial health, and any potential risks.
- Resource Coordination: Prioritise and allocate resources across multiple projects, ensuring optimal utilisation and timely delivery.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.
- Process Optimisation: Continuously evaluate and improve internal project management processes to enhance delivery speed and quality.
- Business Development: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for expanding services within existing client portfolios and to drive new business growth.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of all client projects.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement strategies for continuous improvement in project delivery, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Experienced Project Manager: A proven track record of successfully managing complex large-scale projects, particularly in the hospitality and retail sectors. You will have experience in leading cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring project success.
