The church is willing to employ a religious worker - youth coordinator. Duties include:
- Making sure the youth programme is well coordinated.
- Supporting the shepherd and other church managements to plan outreach ministry for the congregation to reach people of all ages with Christian love, healing, and street mission.
- Attending organised youth programmes inside and outside the UK.
- Functioning in all kinds of services, including naming ceremonies, ordinations, and dedications.
- Engaging with other ministers to carry out programs of membership care, including plans for growth in devotional life and distribution of devotional materials.
- Listening and communicating with people of all ages.
