Logistics Administration & Support

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to provide logistics administration and support to our existing team.

In this varied and interesting role, you will be involved in a number of different areas of the business, primarily focusing on procurement and incoming deliveries/outgoing shipments.

On procurement, you will request quotations and negotiate prices, initiate purchase orders, track purchase order status and maintain procurement status lists for active projects.

You will also support our incoming goods and outgoing shipment logistics, managing processes and preparing relevant paperwork and documentation.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • General logistics knowledge preferably at MBO level
  • General knowledge of packaging and transport methods
  • Knowledge of law and customs regulations would be an advantage
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dutch
