We are looking for an experienced, hardworking, and highly detail-oriented Housekeeper & Guest Experience Specialist to join our growing team, primarily covering Birmingham, with occasional support required in Worcester and Malvern. This is not a standard housekeeping role. We are looking for someone who genuinely cares about presentation, takes pride in perfection, and understands the impact that thoughtful finishing touches have on a guest’s experience.
About Us
We don’t just offer places to stay, we create memorable guest experiences. Each of our properties is carefully designed to evoke comfort, warmth, and a sense of escape. From the moment a guest walks through the door, every detail is intended to make them feel welcomed, relaxed, and inspired. Our team plays a huge part in delivering that experience. We believe exceptional hospitality starts long before a guest checks in, and our housekeeping team is at the heart of making that happen.
The Role
This position combines high-end housekeeping with property styling and guest presentation. You won’t simply be cleaning properties, you’ll be preparing and curating spaces to ensure every guest walks into an environment that feels luxurious, welcoming, and beautifully put together. You will be responsible for ensuring every property is:
- Immaculately clean
- Beautifully presented
- Consistent with our brand standards
- Fully guest-ready for arrival
You’ll also use our operational app, Breezeway, to upload before and after photographs, complete property checks, and report any maintenance or inventory issues. Full face-to-face training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and clean guest properties to an exceptionally high standard
- Style and stage properties to reflect listing photography and brand presentation standards
- Create warm, inviting environments using lighting, soft furnishings, and attention to detail
- Travel between multiple properties across Birmingham and occasionally Worcester/Malvern
- Collect and return supplies from our Birmingham and Worcester storage hubs
- Conduct inventory checks and report damages, missing items, or maintenance concerns
- Upload property reports and photographs using the Breezeway app
- Work efficiently both independently and within a wider team
- Contribute directly to the outstanding first impressions and 5-star guest experiences our brand is known for.
What We’re Looking For
- Has a naturally high standard and takes genuine pride in their work
- Has an exceptional eye for detail and presentation
- Understands how to create atmosphere and elevate a space
- Is reliable, self-motivated, and trustworthy
- Works well independently and manages time effectively
- Is adaptable and comfortable working across multiple locations
- Has previous housekeeping or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a reliable vehicle
- Is willing to complete an Enhanced DBS check if they do not already have one
Driver & Travel Requirements
This role is primarily based in Birmingham, though occasional travel to Worcester and Malvern will be required to support operational needs. Due to the nature of the role and the spread of our properties across the West Midlands, a full UK driving licence and access to your own reliable vehicle are essential. Mileage contribution is provided.
Benefits
- Performance-based bonus structure
- Free stays at our properties as part of our employee incentive scheme
- Opportunities to be recognised and rewarded for exceptional guest feedback and standards
- Career progression
