About Us

We manage a collection of carefully designed guest properties across Worcester, Malvern, and the surrounding areas. Our focus is simple, creating memorable stays that feel comfortable, welcoming, and thoughtfully prepared from the moment guests arrive. Everything from the atmosphere of a room to the finishing touches throughout the property matters to us, and our housekeeping team plays an essential role in delivering that experience.

The Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for a flexible, part-time team member to help prepare our properties for guest arrivals. This role combines:

  • High-standard housekeeping
  • Property presentation and styling
  • Guest readiness checks
  • Attention to atmosphere and detail

You’ll be responsible for ensuring every property looks and feels exceptional before guests check in. That means not only achieving spotless cleanliness, but also making sure each space feels warm, inviting, and beautifully arranged from lighting and cushions to layout and finishing touches. No two properties are exactly the same, so we're looking for someone adaptable, proactive, and able to maintain consistently high standards across every location.

Key Duties

  • Clean and prepare guest accommodation to a premium standard
  • Style and present rooms to reflect our brand and property photography
  • Carry out final presentation checks before guest arrivals
  • Use our Breezeway app to complete property reports and upload photographs
  • Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or missing inventory
  • Travel between properties across Worcester and Malvern
  • Collect supplies when required from our local storage hub
  • Work independently while managing your daily schedule effectively

Full training will be provided for all systems and presentation standards.

About You

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a sharp eye for detail
  • Take pride in delivering consistently high-quality work
  • Enjoy creating clean, calm, and beautifully presented environments
  • Be reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated
  • Be comfortable working alone and travelling between locations
  • Have previous cleaning, housekeeping, or hospitality experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own reliable vehicle
  • Have an enhanced DBS or willing to pay and apply for a new one.

Hours & Flexibility

Flexible, part-time hours available. Hours will vary depending on guest bookings and occupancy. Additional shifts may be available during busier periods. Opportunity for increased hours and potential long-term progression within the company. Pay & Perks

£13 per hour. Performance-based bonus opportunities. Mileage contribution included. Complimentary stays at selected company properties as part of our team reward scheme.
