What You’ll Be Doing:
- Teach and Inspire: Deliver top-notch learning and performance solutions in all areas of Identity Data Management (IdDM). From course development to instructional delivery, you’ll be a mentor and advisor, bridging the gap between curriculum and practical application.
- Stay Current: Conduct research, analysis, and community outreach to ensure our courses remain relevant and up to date.
- Provide Expertise: Support National, DoD, Component, or IC level organizations with your extensive knowledge and experience in IdDM.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree and 11 years of experience, or 15 years of experience without a degree. Exceptional candidates with advanced practical experience will also be considered.
- Practical Skills: At least 3 years of direct IdDM support experience. Graduates of the Advanced Planner’s Course and Due Diligence course or those with equivalent experience are preferred.
- DoD Savvy: In-depth familiarity with DoD IdDM fundamentals, missions, and functions.
- Communication Pro: Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Ready to Travel: A valid US Passport is required.
- Total Professional Experience: 15 years is desired (a master’s degree counts as 6 years of experience).
