Your Role:
As a Business Process Coordinator, you will:
- Establish and support business processes and workflows
- Develop and implement process improvements through analysis and benchmarking
- Identify risks and areas for improvement by developing metrics
- Maintain records and SOPs, ensuring activities are captured in databases
- Support business process mapping, performance measurement, stakeholder analysis, and process improvements
What We’re Looking For:
- Understanding of IC and DoD classification guidelines
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and report writing
- Excellent communication skills
Experience & Education:
Minimum 12 years of relevant analysis experience, recent within last 2 years. Education: Master’s degree with 12 years’ experience or Bachelor’s with 17 years’ experience, including recent experience.
