Celeros Flow Technology, LLC has been providing mission critical, sustainable flow control solutions for over 140 years. The Project Coordinator will assist and support the Project Management Team in overall coordination of project activities required for effective delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring project progress and creating project status reports for project managers and stakeholders.
- Assisting with resource scheduling to ensure team members have the necessary resources to complete their tasks.
- Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
- Managing project management documents such as the project plan, budget, schedule, or scope statement, as directed by the project manager.
- Executing various project management administrative tasks such as billing and bookkeeping.
- Supporting team members when implementing risk management strategies.
Knowledge / Skills Required:
- Good understanding of the project lifecycle.
Education, Skills and Experience:
- Experience in coordinating projects.
- Experience in managing people and teams.
- Ability to manage change and solve medium to complex problems.
