As a key member of the Materials Management team, the Aftermarket (AM) Master Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimising the master production schedule for Aftermarket products within the Cathcart manufacturing facility. The AM Master Scheduler acts as a central coordination point between Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Project Management—balancing capacity, materials, and delivery commitments to achieve world‑class on‑time delivery performance. The role also monitors order progression, identifies risks, and adjusts the schedule proactively to support delivery promises. Develop, update, and maintain an accurate master production schedule aligned with customer orders and contractual requirements. Coordinate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Operations, and Quality to ensure execution of the schedule. Utilise SAP to monitor performance, track deviations, and drive schedule integrity. Analyse demand forecasts, production capacity, routings, and inventory levels to optimise sequencing and resource utilisation. Maintain and continuously improve SAP master data accuracy, including BOM, routing, lead time, and planning parameters Minimum 5 years’ experience in production scheduling or planning in a project‑based or engineered‑to‑order manufacturing environment. SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel modelling skills. Solid understanding of lean manufacturing principles, capacity planning, and shop-floor control.
