General Summary

The primary function of the Mechanical Supervisor is to act as the first line of leadership, which is accountable for the effective operation of their cell. This includes front line management of the cell team when allocating daily tasks, managing performance and development issues, cell workflow, as well as meticulously maintaining standards and KPI’s.
