The Junior Marketing Executive will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting Celerity’s internal and external communication strategies. A primary focus will be the ongoing management and development of the company intranet, ensuring it remains up to date, engaging, and aligned with business priorities to keep employees informed and connected. This platform will be central to fostering employee engagement, enhancing access to information, and promoting organisational alignment. The role will also support content updates to the company website using HubSpot’s Content Management System (CMS), ensuring consistency in brand messaging and alignment with campaign activity. Additionally, this role will support external communications, including public relations initiatives and stakeholder correspondence, supporting a clear and impactful brand voice. Key Responsibilities
- Intranet Management & Development
- Regularly update and maintain the company intranet with timely, relevant content.
- Collaborate with various departments to source and verify internal communications, ensuring information is accurate and aligned with organisational goals.
- Gather user feedback and monitor analytics to improve the intranet’s user experience and engagement.
- Website Content Management
- Update and maintain the company website using HubSpot CMS, ensuring all content is current, accurate, and aligned with active campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather website content requirements and publish updates in a timely manner.
- Support optimisation of web content for user experience and engagement, using basic SEO best practices where relevant.
- Internal Communications
- Develop and distribute engaging content across internal channels, such as newsletters and email communications.
- Coordinate town hall meetings, employee events, and other initiatives to foster a strong organisational culture.
- Assist in drafting internal announcements, policy updates, and memos.
