As a French-speaking Full Desk Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from identifying client staffing needs to placing qualified candidates in the Insurance industry. This role requires a combination of sales acumen, relationship-building skills, and recruitment expertise to effectively match client requirements with candidate capabilities. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering long-term partnerships with clients and candidates alike. The role is based in Ashford, Kent, and the candidate must be located within Kent County Council.
