Saledock is a fast-growing, cloud-based retail platform and a Celerant company. Celerant is a U.S.-based retail software provider with 25+ years of experience delivering POS, eCommerce, inventory, and digital marketing solutions to retailers worldwide.
We're building a strong outbound sales engine and are looking for a driven outbound-focused SDR to generate new pipeline through high-volume calling and structured outbound campaigns. This role is primarily outbound sales and telemarketing, with a clear progression path into new-logo sales as you hit targets and develop your skills.
The Role
- You'll be the first point of contact for new retailers, spending most of your time on outbound prospecting and phone-based outreach.
- Working closely with the Head of Business Development and founders, you'll help refine our outbound strategy and sales playbook.
What You'll Do
- Make high-volume outbound sales calls to independent retailers.
- Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and social.
- Prospect into key verticals (bikes, mobility, tackle, specialty retail).
- Qualify prospects and book discovery calls/demos.
- Handle and qualify inbound enquiries when needed.
- Track activity and pipeline accurately in Pipedrive.
- Represent Saledock and Celerant professionally on every interaction.
What You Bring
- 2+ years in outbound sales, SDR, or telesales.
- Proven success with cold calling and prospecting.
- Comfortable spending most of your day on the phone.
- Strong communication skills and resilience.
- Target-driven, coachable, and motivated to grow.
- Bonus: SaaS, retail, or CRM (HubSpot) experience.
