Saledock is a fast-growing, cloud-based retail platform and a Celerant company with 25+ years of experience delivering POS, eCommerce, inventory, and digital marketing solutions to retailers worldwide.
We are building a strong outbound sales engine and are looking for a driven outbound-focused SDR to generate new pipeline through high-volume calling and structured outbound campaigns. This role is primarily outbound sales and telemarketing, with a clear progression path into new-logo sales as you hit targets and develop your skills.
You will be the first point of contact for new retailers, spending most of your time on outbound prospecting and phone-based outreach. Working closely with the Head of Business Development and founders, you will help refine our outbound strategy and sales playbook.
- Make high-volume outbound sales calls to independent retailers
- Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and social
- Prospect into key verticals (bikes, mobility, tackle, specialty retail)
Requirements:
- 2+ years in outbound sales, SDR, or telesales
- Comfortable spending most of your day on the phone
- Bonus: SaaS, retail, or CRM (HubSpot) experience
