  • Assist the Headteacher with recruiting Tutors.
  • Design innovative ways to offer a bespoke curriculum based on individual needs incorporating online learning and face to face teaching where appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with a wide range of Local Authorities across the country developing a high-quality provision with the future prospect of offering this to young people outside of our organisation.
  • Lead the development of the PSHE SEND curriculum to embed across the group where necessary.
  • Acting as a Lead Practitioner for the group offering support and guidance to PSHE Teachers across our schools.
  • Working with our Headteachers to improve the Quality of Education across all of our schools.
